Orchid Garden Hotel Patong

The rooms were a really good size compared to a lot of places we had stayed at prior in Thailand. It was a good location - able to walk to the beach and to the main strip in Patong. Very good hotel!

It was a bit hard to find initially as it did not come up in maps based on the address given to us. But once we did find it, it was easy to find again.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. Its clean, but old. Room service works quite well. Has a sauna which works and a nice pool. The location enables to reach the city without the use of a taxi.

The value for money in the period where we were there was really bad. Not even breakfast included. I paid around 250$ for one night. For this amount the hotel was inadequate. The location is nice but quite loud due to the adjacent warehouse where they arrange goods in the night. The facilities are good but very old. In general i would recommend seeing some real photos of the property as the photos on booking are not really showing the real picture.

Friendly staff, clean quiet rooms, good breakfast

The property is ducked off down an alley which gives it a nice secluded feel when trying to get away from the hustle and bustle but still only a block away from it all. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Love it!

Really nice property. Clean and near the beach. The staff were really friendly and i really appreciated that they let us stay by the pool with our stuff until it was time to leave for the airport. The breakfast was really good in taste and quality. Great value for money. Really worth it.

The accommodations are great, room and bathroom are an excellent size.The location is close to the busiest areas of Patong.

The property itself was great.

It was smaller than expected. But clean and nice. The area it was in wasn’t very nice. In general Phuket is a bit dirty but the area itself smelled weird and felt polluted but that doesn’t have anything to do with the hotel itself.

I liked that it was not too crowded and busy unlike the main city. Also during the night usually it would be loud and noisy but the property was very secluded so it was nice and quiet along with being in near proximity of shops,malls, beach etc.

All things good but it would be better if the breakfast menu was a bit more optional and had more variety, nevertheless everything was good.

The Hotel is nicely located and the staff is attentive

The towels and bed linen had stains on them, which wasn't expected..Shortly after the check-in, we noticed that the toilet had not been properly cleaned in the seat and there was hair and something sticky. Mistakes do happen but it wasn't the best

Our stay at Orchid Garden Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, though there was a bit of a language barrier when communicating in English—but we managed just fine.The room was very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Breakfast, while limited in options, was still very enjoyable and chosen from a menu with pictures of the dishes, which was a nice touch.The hotel’s location is excellent—close enough to walk to all the fun attractions in town, yet tucked away from the noise, offering a peaceful retreat.Overall, a lovely stay with friendly service and a great location.

It would be great if breakfast could start a little earlier than 8:00 AM. Many excursions pick guests up before then, and we missed out on two breakfasts because of this. An earlier start would be a big help for travelers!

The staff was very sweet and that's the only good thing about the place.

The hotel is highly overpriced and I doubt the ratings on booking.com for the same. The amenities are super basic and can be compared with a hostel. There were bed bugs in the room, the ac was pathetic and I don't know how to express my disappointment with the room and facilities. The pictures on the website do no justice please don't fall in the trap as you will be met with zero to no facilities. Also the location is super pathetic.
